COMPETITIVE TEAM TRYOUTS
KMH players can try out for the following competitive teams in the 2024-25 season:
UNDER 13 (BORN 2013 & 2012)
U13 EAST KOOTENAY AVALANCHE
(A TEAM)
U13 CRANBROOK/KIMBERLEY BUCKS
(B TEAM)
UNDER 15 (BORN 2011 & 2010)
U15 EAST KOOTENAY AVALANCHE
(A TEAM)
U15 EAST KOOTENAY BUCKS
(B TEAM)
IMPORTANT: Please note that TRYOUT REGISTRATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY MAY 31, 2024
Anyone who wishes to register after May 31, 2024 will be required to pay a $250.00 penalty, in addition to the $120 tryout fee. There will be no exceptions.
- The Cranbrook Minor Hockey Association (CMHA) manages tryouts and registrations for these competitive teams
- Players registering for competitive teams must pay a non-refundable tryout fee of $120 to Cranbrook Minor Hockey.
- If a player is selected to participate on a regional/competitive team, we will commence the transfer and the full registration fee will be collected at that time.

Registration for competitive team tryouts is TWO PARTS:
- Please select the link below to register your intention to sign up for tryouts with KMHA. There will be no charge for this registration, but it will allow KMHA to keep track of players and will qualify your player for the early bird KMHA pricing if they do not play for a competitive team next year.
- After registering with KMHA, you will be directed to register for competitive team tryouts directly with CMHA - see details under "What's next" on the final KMHA registration page.
